Windowsill Cat - Valetta - Island of Malta

A potential rescue cat! Well that's what I told the man servant, who did not agree with me so we don't have anything awkward to explain to Australian quarantine. Travelling with 3kg of art materials (including a variety of papers) because I just need to have choice! This piece was executed in coloured pencils and watercolour on Yupo paper. Yupo paper is like plastic making it easy to swirl the paint around and mix colours together to emulate the old stone of Valetta. Takes a while to dry. In a small hotel room I had to seriously warn man servant not to touch my painting until it was dry.
