Sleeping Rough Civic Park

Early start this Easter Saturday. Had to get to Civic Park by 8am to load in for a Darwin City Brass Band performance for the Lord Mayor's Easter Egg Hunt later in the morning. When you have an early start you encounter people who have not made it home yet - if in fact they have a home.
